USGBC Certification

The Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) rating system, bestowed by the US Green Building Council (USGBC), holds global recognition. LEED allows you to assess both new and existing buildings on an international green spectrum, facilitating enhanced value and worldwide acknowledgment for your projects.

Industries such as garment manufacturing, automobile production, warehouses serving overseas clients, multinational corporations, global data centers, luxury hotels, and resorts can all choose to pursue LEED certification for their facilities.

LEED encompasses every facet of sustainable construction, including the environment, community impact, design methodology, water and energy usage, renewable resources, occupant well-being, and material selection. Starting the LEED process early streamlines implementation and documentation efforts, making the journey smoother.

Pre-certification is an option for certain types of buildings as well.

LEED provides ratings across these categories:

Building Design + Construction (BD+C) encompasses various new construction types, such as offices, core and shell developments, schools, retail spaces, data centers, warehouses and distribution centers, as well as hospitality and healthcare facilities.
Interior Design + Construction (ID+C) covers all interior projects, including those in retail and hospitality sectors.
Building Operations and Maintenance (O+M) pertains to all existing buildings, including schools, retail spaces, data centers, warehouses and distribution centers, as well as hospitality facilities.
Neighborhood Development (ND) applies to townships, neighborhoods, and similar community developments.
Residences (currently applicable only to projects within the United States).
